SMS Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of TriStar Realty, LLC ("TriStar Realty," "we," "us," or "our") to customers, prospective tenants, property owners, and vendors who opt in to receive text messages from us. By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from TriStar Realty, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Description

TriStar Realty may send text messages related to:

  • Showing confirmations and reminders
  • Rental application status updates
  • Maintenance request updates and scheduling
  • Rent payment reminders and confirmations
  • Lease renewal notices and reminders
  • Owner statement and reporting notifications
  • Vendor work order confirmations
  • General customer support communications
  • Promotional offers or marketing messages (where you have specifically opted in)

Text messages may be sent using an automated system or other messaging technology.

2. Opt-In Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website forms, rental applications, scheduling tools, or other communications, and by affirmatively consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from TriStar Realty. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or renting a property. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and for updating us if your number changes.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with TriStar Realty, your tenancy status, maintenance activity, and your communication preferences. You may receive recurring messages related to rent due dates, maintenance scheduling, and lease events.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. TriStar Realty is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier for text messaging.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. Note that opting out of marketing SMS messages does not opt you out of transactional messages required by your lease agreement, where applicable.

7. Privacy

Information collected in connection with our SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Supported Carriers

SMS services may not be available on all carriers or all devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages may be affected by your wireless service or network availability.

9. Eligibility

By opting in to receive text messages, you represent that: you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided; you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number; and you are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to provide consent.
